This writ petition is filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India, to declare the action of the respondents in not regularizing the services of the petitioner as Lecturer in Political Science and Public Administration Department in the 4th respondent-College, as illegal and arbitrary, after declaring paragraph No.9(5) and 13 of G.O.Ms.No.328, Education (CE-III) Department dated 15.10.1997 in so far as fixing the cut off date for counting the eligibility.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 12.10.2009 passed by the Full Bench of this Court in WP No.13370 of 2001 and hence no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.
