This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitionerAccused to quash the FIR No.117 of 2019 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Alair Police Station, Rachakonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC").

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner - Accused and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the material on record.

The 2nd respondent has filed the complaint alleging that this petitioner had removed the poles of plots which was purchased by him. The complaint was lodged on 09.07.2019 and registered on the very same day. However, the police have not concluded the investigation.

In the said circumstances, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct the respondents and the Investigating Officer in FIR No.117 of 2019 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Alair Police Station, Rachakonda District, without arresting and without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner - Accused shall conclude the investigation within three (03) months. Further, the petitioner - Accused shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation. In the event of charge sheet being filed, the petitioner is at liberty to question the charge sheet.
