THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.539 OF 2015 and CRIMIAL REVISION CASE No.573 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:

These Criminal Revision Cases are filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the common order dated 02.02.2015 in D.V.C. (Criminal) Appeal Nos.807 and 808 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the III Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge at Hyderabad.

Heard Sri M.V.Subba Reddy, the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri K.Giridhar Raju, the learned counsel for the first respondent.

Learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the main case as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties, the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of D.V.C.No.6 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners are hereby directed to comply the orders of this Court dated 09.04.2015 till disposal of the main D.V.C.

With the above directions, both the Criminal Revision Cases are disposed of.
