This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the orders passed by this Court dated 11.08.2014 in W.P.M.P.No.26385 of 2014 in W.P.No.21040 of 2014 wherein the 5th and 6th respondents are directed to implement the proceedings dated 09.08.2013 issued by the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Madanapalle, provided no appeal is filed against the said proceedings.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that against the aforesaid interim order dated 11.08.2014, Vacate petitions have been filed. However, main writ petition i.e., W.P.No.21040 of 2014 itself was allowed on 06.07.2015 directing respondent Nos.5 and 6 to implement the order dated 09.08.2013 passed by the fourth respondent and comply with the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the main writ petition itself is disposed of, the Contempt Case is liable to be closed. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 07.07.2015.
