THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8931 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.1 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.409 of 2016 on the file of L.B.Nagar Police Station, L&O, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 420 and 406 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the order, dated 12.07.2016, passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.10033 of 2016 quashing the proceedings against the petitioner in the above crime, this petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J July 13, 2016.
