THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.32564 of 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) In this writ petition, the petitioner has questioned orders issued by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.120 Health, Medical and Family Welfare (C1) Department, dated 23.08.2014.

Though, to the extent of validity of the orders passed in the said G.O., this writ petition is covered to be allowed in view of the judgment of this Court in W.P.Nos.25586 & 26125 of 2015, it is to be noted that as against the orders of this Court in the said batch of cases, Special Leave Petitions were filed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, wherein while accepting the offer made by the University offering admission to the petitioners in such batch of cases in NRI quota, it was specifically observed that no further counseling was necessary. Further, it is also brought to our notice that in S.V.local area, the rank of the last candidate, who secured admission in MBBS course in the same category as that of the petitioner, is 2738, whereas the rank of the petitioner is 3383. In that view of the matter, the petitioner is not entitled for any direction for

grant of admission.

With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
