ORDER:

Feeling aggrieved by the purported inaction of respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in restraining respondent Nos.4 and 5 from making illegal constructions over plot Nos.MIG 723 and MIG 724 situated at K.P.H.B. Colony, Kukatpally, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, the petitioner filed this writ petition. At the hearing, Mr.Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned standing counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) appearing for respondent No.2 and 3, placed before the Court, notice, dated 02.01.2016, issued by respondent No.2 under Sections 452(1) and 461(1) of the of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 (for short 'the Act') to respondent No.4, and has submitted that further steps, as per law, will be taken for prevention/removal of the illegal constructions.

As respondent Nos.2 and 3 have initiated appropriate action against the alleged illegal constructions, no further adjudication of this writ petition is necessary.

In the light of the above facts, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.881 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
