HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 1208 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the registration of FIR No. 331 of 2016, dated 31.12.2016, on the complaint made by the 4th respondent.

This Court by order dated 6.1.2017 directed the Police to proceed with the investigation, without arresting the petitioner. This Court carefully perused the compliant and the allegations disclosed necessary material for registration of the complaint. In the circumstances, the Police shall have to investigate the Crime. However, while investigating the Crime, the Police shall follow the procedure under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C.
