This Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.587 of 2015 on the file of P.S. Meerpet Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 406, 506 IPC and Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana stated that Police have already filed Final Report dt. 4.11.2016 with regard to Cr.No.587 of 2015 stating the Crime as 'False' and he thus prayed to dismiss the petition, which is filed for quashment of the proceedings, as infructuous.

Heard Sri Gulam Rabbani, learned counsel for Petitioner. It is found on verification, no stay was granted by this Court during pendency of this Criminal Petition. In the light of the above, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
