CVNR, J CRP 4501/2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition arises out of order dt.18.7.2016 in I.A. No.113 of 2016 in O.S. No.362 of 2004 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Anakapalli.

A perusal of the order of the lower Court shows that it has dismissed I.A. No.113 of 2016 following dismissal of I.A. No.112 of 2016. This Court in C.R.P. No.4435 of 2016 has considered the order in the said I.A. and affirmed the same, while dismissing the said civil revision petition by order dt.17.9.2016. Since the order under revision is a sequel to the order in I.A. No.112 of 2016 and the civil revision petition filed against the said order having been dismissed, this civil revision petition is also liable to be dismissed.
