This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 14.7.2017 in I.A. No.1087 of 2016 in A.O.P.No.249 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Principal District Judge, Kadapa.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
