The prayer is one against inaction of respondents 2 and 3 in considering and disposing of representations dated 31-08-2016 and 23-09-2016 as per the proceedings in Rc.No.SA/ 108/ 2016 dated 05-07-2016 as illegal and arbitrary.
The issue relates to payment of compensation and admittedly representations were made on 31-08-2016 and 23-09-2016. It is in the interest of petitioner as well as the rival claimant the matter is properly enquired into and a decision is taken at the earliest. Hence, I am satisfied that the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.
The petitioner is given liberty to communicate a copy of this order and re-submit representations dated 31-08-2016 and 23-09-2016 to respondents 2 and 3 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and respondents 2 and 3 are directed to pass appropriate orders within a further period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of re-submission of representation, as directed by this Court.
