Heard Mr.G.V.S.Mehar Kumar for petitioner and Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner prays for the following relief: ....this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not issuing the pattadar passbooks and title deeds my mutating the name of the petitioner in revenue records to the property in an extent of Ac.1-00 cents in D.No.452/A-3-A of Veeravatnam Village, H/o Turumella, Rompicherla Mandal, Guntur district without considering the legal notice dt.13.6.2016 is illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 4th respondent to consider the legal notice dt.13.6.2016 and to pass such....."

The substantive grievance of petitioner is that she is owner and possessor of Ac .1-00 cents in D.No.452/ A-3-A of Veeravatnam Village, H/ o Turumella, Rompicherla Mandal, Guntur district, having purchased the same through registered sale deed from one Boggarapu Venkata Subbanna. The petitioner submitted an application through online for issuance of pattadar passbook, title deeds and mutation. As of now, no action has been taken by the 3rd respondent on the application of petitioner and that led to issuance of legal notice to respondents.

The respondents have not filed counter affidavit. Without entering into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of by this order:

(a) the petitioner is given liberty to re-submit the application by enclosing a copy of this order within two weeks from today; and (b) the respondents are directed to dispose of the application of petitioner, if not already disposed of, within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

There shall be no order as to costs.
