This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.3/ Tahsildar, Gummadidala Mandal, in not considering and disposing of the application, dated 28.02.2019, of the petitioners filed under Form-VI (A) of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, as illegal and arbitrary. 2 .

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents, and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would contend that the petitioners are the owners and possessors of land admeasuring Ac.0-14 guntas, out of Ac.1-30 guntas, situated at Gummadidala Village and Mandal, Medak District. Seeking mutation and issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of the said land, the petitioners made representations, dated 22.01.2018 and 28.02.2019, to the Tahsildar concerned. He would also contend that to the representation, dated 28.02.2019, Form-VI (A) application was annexed. No action is taken yet on the said representations. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed.

The copies of representations, dated 22.01.2018 and 28.02.2019, placed on record reveal receipt of originals of the

same by the Tahsildar concerned. To the representation, dated 28.02.2019, a typed Form-VI (A) was annexed. It is pertinent to state that the petitioners have to submit Form-VI (A) application online. No such application is made. 5 .

Under these circumstances, the petitioners are directed to submit Form-VI (A) application online.

On filing such application, respondent No.3/ Tahsildar, Gummadidala Mandal, is directed to examine the same and take necessary action and dispose of the representation, dated 28.02.2019, of the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ Dr . SHAMEEM AKTHER, J April 30, 2019.
