ORDER:

The petitioner's father died while working as driver in respondent Corporation on 05.03.2013. On 11.08.2016 the petitioner made a representation praying for appointment on compassionate ground.

2) Since representation is made and the same is stated to be pending for consideration before the respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, directing the 2nd respondent to take a decision and pass appropriate orders by assigning due reasons on the said claim and communicate the same to the writ petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
