This writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of the respondents 4 to 7 in considering the representations of the petitioners dated 04-07-2013 and 03-02-2017 for grant of house sites by issuing pattas in favour of the petitioners in respect of subject lands as illegal and arbitrary. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1, 4 to 7 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare for respondents 2 and 3. Without expressing any opinion on merits, there shall be direction to the respondents 4 to 7 to dispose of the representations of the petitioners dated 04-07-2013 and 03-02-2017 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly.
