HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.17336 OF 2009 ORDER:- This writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the 1st respondent-Smt.

B.S.R. College of Education, Gokavaram, in preventing her from discharging her duties as lecturer in Physical Science without there being any written order. It is the specific averment of the petitioner in the writ affidavit that she is being fully eligible and qualified was appointed as Lecturer in Physical Science on 11.06.2007. Her appointment was also approved by the 2nd respondent-Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, and without there being any written order or without there being any reasons, all of a sudden the 1st respondent had stopped her from discharging the functions as lecturer in Physical Science. Hence, the writ petition. This writ petition came to be admitted on 21.08.2009. No counter affidavit has been filed by any of the respondents.

So far as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the University submits that they have no role in the case of the petitioner as it is a dispute between the petitioner and the 1st respondent college. There is no counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent college. This Court while admitting the writ petition directed the 1st respondent college to allow the petitioner to discharge her duties as lecturer in Physical Science. This order came to be passed on 21.08.2009. In that view of the matter, the order made on 21.08.2009 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition of petitioner is still continuing as on date to discharge her functions as lecturer in Physical Science in the 1st respondent-college.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no

order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
