THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.19609 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Mr.V.V.N.Raju, counsel for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue). The petitioner prays for mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in interfering with petitioner's possession without recourse to law of land admeasuring Ac.2-00 in Sy.Nos.194/08, 194/09, 194/10 & 194/11 at Surampally Village, Gannavaram Mandal, Krishna District, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) on instructions submits that on 11.08.2005, order of resumption was passed. According to him, the activity now being undertaken by respondents is pursuant to resumption order passed on 11.08.2005.

Mr.Raju contends that the petitioner is not aware of any of the proceedings as grounds available against the order dated 11.08.2005, may be left open and grant liberty to petitioner to file appeal or writ petition challenging the proceedings dated 11.08.2005.

The statement is placed on record.

By granting liberty, in accordance with law, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
