CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.15090 of 2008 07.09.2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of certiorari to quash order, dated 28.05.2008, in F.A.No.779/2005, arising out of order, dated 20.04.2005, in C.D.No.1180 of 2004 on the file of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-II, Hyderabad, and consequential order, dated 01.07.2008, in F.A.I.A.No.1529 of 2008 in F.A.No.779/2005, passed by respondent No.1. 2.

After arguing the case, Mrs.Pushpinder Kaur, learned counsel for the petitioners, has requested for permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his clients to avail the remedy of revision before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 05.07.2008, which was continued on 01.09.2008, modified on 13.10.2008 and extended on 08.12.2008, is vacated. W.P.M.P.Nos. 19534 and 34772 of 2008 are dismissed and W.V.M.P.No.2486 of 2008 is disposed of as infructuous.
