Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R. Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3, and Sri L. Venkateswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.4.
The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the respondents are not releasing the power supply to his premises on the ground of not producing occupancy certificate. It is brought to the notice of this Court that this Court by order dt.13.02.2017 in W.P.M.P.No.3057 of in W.P.No.2608 of 2017 directed the respondents therein to release the power supply to the building of the petitioner therein subject to the compliance of the terms and conditions of supply of the respondents and the same can be withdrawn if an occupancy certificate was not obtained later from the Municipal authorities.
In view of the above, this Writ Petition is also disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the power supply to the premises of the petitioner subject to the compliance of the terms and conditions of supply and on furnishing an undertaking to produce the occupancy certificate from the concerned Municipality/Municipal Corporation within a period
TA, J W.P.No.9523 of 2019 of three months, and if no such occupancy certificate is produced within such period, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
