This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 and 2 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.4 of 2018 of Bellampalli II Town Police Station, Mancherial District. 2 .

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 15.03.2019, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the subject case, investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed on 31.04.2018 and the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bellampalli, has taken cognizance of the case in C.C.No.58 of 2018. 4 .

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
