This Criminal Petition, under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C,, is filed by the petitioner/A- 1 seeking to grant bail in Crime No.572 of 2O2O of Balapur Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Section 3O2 r 1w.34 of IPC. 2.

Heard learned Counsel appearing for petitioner, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent - State and perused the record.

This is the 2"d bail application frled by the petitioner / A-1 in this case. Earlier bail application has already been rejected on merits by this Court vide Crl.P.No. l lOO of 2021 by an order dated 19-03-2021. There are no new grounds whatsoever to entertain this 2"a bail application. Moreover, it has already been submitted by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor that charge sheet has already been submitted and P.R.C.No. 16 of 2021 has already been registered. In these circumstances, the learned trial Court is directed to commence and conclude the trial, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from today without giving any un-necessary adjournments to either of the parties.
