This writ petition is filed to call for records and quash the Award passed by the Labour Court-I in I.D.No.106 of 1998 dated 20.07.2001. It is stated by the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent that the 2nd respondent has retired from service and he has received all the retirement benefits and that the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 02.07.2015.
