This Contempt Case is hled by invoking the provisions under Section lO to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act for non-implementation of the orders passed by this Court on 25.08.2OO9 in W.P.M.P.No.23355 of 2OO9 in W.P.No.17815 of 2009.

The respondent No.2 filed counter wherein it is stated that ttre respondents are not interfering with the possession of the petitioner's land covered in Sy.68 of Madhapur Village. 3.

In view of the averments made in the counter afhdavit, no further adjudication is required.

4Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.

Pending rniscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
