This Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order, dated 18.02.2016, passed in I.A No.1023 of 2010 in O.S.No.253 of 2003 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Punganur.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn leaving open the remedies available to the petitioner under law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
