HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE J. SREENIVAS RAO WRIT PETITION No.10535 OF 2020 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for seeking writ of Mandamus declaring the orders passed by the respondent No.2 in CMA No.36 of 2016, dated 12.05.2020 confirming the orders of the respondent No.3 in LTR Case No.2/2016/Kmpl dated 21.05.2016 as illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of natural justice and also violation of Articles 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and to declare the same are not binding upon the petitioners in respect of the subject lands to an extent of Ac.07.10 guntas and Ac.10.03 guntas in Sy.Nos.260 and 234 respectively situated at Govindrala Village of Kampelli Mandal of Kothagudem, Bhadrachalam District, as the petitioners were not made as parties to those proceedings though the petitioners were issued pattadar books and title deeds.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that questioning the orders passed by the Agency Divisional Officer, Kothagudem, Bhadradri Kothagudem District in L.T.R. Case No.2/2016/Kmpl, dated 21.05.2016, the petitioners filed CMA No.36 of 2016 before the respondent No.2. The Appellate
Authority also dismissed the appeal on 12.05.2020 confirming the orders passed by respondent No.3. Aggrieved by the said orders petitioners filed Revision Petition under Section 6 of Telangana Scheduled Area Land Transfer Regulation Act, 1959 before the respondent No.1 and the same is pending. 3.
In view of the pendency of the Revision Petition before the respondent No.1, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.1 to dispose of the Revision Petition filed by the petitioners within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order after giving opportunity to the petitioners as well as respondents, in accordance with law.

With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
