ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the 1st respondent in conducting investigation in Cr.No.107 of 2012 on the file of Martur Police Station, Prakasam District. Learned Government Pleader for Home, based on the written instructions, submits that after registration of the crime, LW1 was examined and his statement was recorded on 16.7.2012. Later, on 4.12.2012, on the instructions of the Superintendent of Police, the investigation of the case was transferred to the Station House Officer, Yaddanapudi Police Station, and investigation is in progress. He further submits that as the dispute arises out of lease agreement, the complainant filed a civil suit against the accused and the same is pending before the trial Court.

However, though the complainant and the accused effected compromise outside the police station, the compromise agreement was not given to the Station House Officer, Yaddanapudi Police Station and hence, the question of handing over the compromise agreement to the petitioner does not arise. He also submits that after completion of investigation, necessary action will be taken in accordance with law. In view of the aforesaid submissions, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
