THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7909 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order dated 03.08.2017 passed by the third respondent in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.7.30 guntas in various survey numbers situated at Marepally Village, Kondapur Mandal, Medak District (presently in Sanga Reddy District).

Since this Court noticed that there is a provision for appeal/revision against the impugned order, the Writ Petition cannot be maintained. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file the appeal/revision against the impugned order within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the meanwhile, if the petitioner files the appeal/revision within the period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, there shall be status quo with regard to the possession till the disposal of appeal/revision, if the land is not already resumed. If no appeal/revision is filed within that time, the status quo does not operate. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
