HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:
Petitioners claim that 1st petitioner is in possession of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.4.02 guntas and 2nd petitioner to an extent of Ac.2.20 guntas in Sy.No.593 of Usirikayalapalli village, Singareni Mandal, Khammam district. Petitioners allege that at the instance of respondents 5 to 8, staff of respondents 3 and 4 came to their land along with respondents 5 to 8 and stating that this extent of land belongs to respondents 5 to 8, insisted the petitioners to leave the said land. Thereafter, respondents 3 and 4 threatening the petitioners to evict from subject lands. Hence, this Writ Petition.

As can be seen from the averments in the affidavit filed in support of writ petition, it appears, there was inter se dispute between the petitioners and unofficial respondents 5 to 8. The only grievance of petitioners is that respondents 3 and 4 are interfering at the instance of unofficial respondents. 3.
On instructions, learned Government Pleader submits that respondents 3 and 4 are not interfering and that it is purely a private dispute and Government has no interest in the subject property.

Having regard to the said submission, Writ Petition is not maintainable. Writ Petition is dismissed accordingly. It is open to the petitioners to work out their remedies if they have any grievance against interference by unofficial respondents under the common law.
