This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of Constitution of India, challenging the order, dated 14-02-2013 passed in C.M.A.No.09 of 2011 by the Senior Civil Judge, Pithapuram, dismissing the appeal filed under Order 43 Rule 1 of Code of Civil Procedure by confirming the order in I.A.No.689 of 2010 in O.S.No.208 of 2010 on the file of Prl. Junior Civil Judge's Court, Tuni. It is brought to the notice of this Court that O.S.No.208 of 2010 was disposed of by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tuni on 14-03-2016. Therefore, this Court need not examine the legality of the order at this stage after disposal of main O.S. itself. Hence, I find that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
