This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"To issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ declaring that the proceedings of the 2nd respondent under ref.No. P&IR No. Disk-I/16/2008-09 dated 8.5.2008 referred in the letter dated 9.5.2008 of the 1st respondnet as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Art. 14 of the Constituttionof India apart from the violation of Principles of Natural Justice."

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court passed in W.P.No.14586 of 2009, dated 29.11.2013 and a copy of the same is also placed on record. 3.

Following the above referred order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also allowed, setting aside the Order under Ref.No.P & IR No.Disk-I/16/2008-09, dated 8.5.2008 referred in the letter dated 09.05.2008 of the first respondent.
