THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7766 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of resumption passed by the third respondent on 03.08.2017 in respect of various extents of land situated in Marepally Village, Kondapur Mandal, Medak District (presently Sanga Reddy District).

Since this Court noticed that there is a provision for appeal against the impugned order, the Writ Petition cannot be maintained. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file the appeal against the impugned order within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the meanwhile, if the petitioner files the appeal within the period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, there shall be status quo as on today with regard to possession till the disposal of appeal. If no appeal is filed within that time, the status quo does not operate.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 09.03.2018 vs
