This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking stay of sale of property in E.P. No.107 of 2016 in O.S. No.531 of 2008 on the file of the Court of Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

It is the case of the petitioner that he filed E.A.S.R. No.29193 of 2016 in E.P. No.107 of 2016 in O.S. No.531 of 2008 on the file of the Court of Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad to stay all further proceedings in E.P. No.107 of 2016. It is the further case of the petitioner that E.A.S.R. No.29193 of 2016 and E.A.S.R. No.26609 of 2016 were returned by the Executing Court raising query how the petitions are maintainable.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into merits of the case, the petitioner is granted liberty to resubmit E.A.S.R. No.29193 of 2016 and E.A.S.R. No.26609 of 2016 before the Executing Court answering the queries.

With the above observation, the civil revision petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
