This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the inaction of respondent No.2 in considering and disposing of suspension application filed along with the revision petition on 08.04.2019, against the order, dated 16.02.2019, in Appeal Case No.D/ 458/ 2017, passed by respondent No.3, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct respondent No.2 to dispose of the suspension application or the revision expeditiously.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4, and perused the record. 3 .
Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that aggrieved by the order, dated 16.02.2019, passed by respondent No.3, the petitioner filed a revision petition along with an application for grant of suspension of the said order on 08.04.2019 before respondent No.2. No action has been taken yet on the suspension application. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed.

There is no denial of the petitioner filing a revision and also an application to suspend the order, dated 16.02.2019, passed by respondent No.3. There is also no denial that no orders are passed in the suspension application. Applications to suspend an
order are required to be dealt with expeditiously. Since, no action has been taken yet by respondent No.2/ Joint Collector, Bhongir-Yadadri District at Bibingar, on the suspension application of the petitioner, he is directed to dispose of the suspension application filed by the petitioner, after notice to the other side and by following the due process of law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of thirty
(30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5 .
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ Dr . SHAMEEM AKTHER, J April 30, 2019.
