(per SK,J) Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that after the institution of this writ petition, the police authorities secured the presence of the petitioner's daughterMohammad Reshma Nawaz and that she is presently in the custody of the mother, the petitioner herein. In that view of the matter, no further adjudication is warranted in this writ petition and it is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
