There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the inaction on the part of the respondents 1 to 4 in providing police protection to the property of the petitioner as per the orders in I.A.No.524/2009 in I.A.No.297/2009 in O.S.No.126/2009 dated 3.1.2012 on the file of the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kukatpally at Miyapur as arbitrary, illegal in the interest of justice." 3.

The 1st respondent filed a counter-affidavit stating that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner against the un-official respondents, a case in Crime No.226 of 2009 was registered. After completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed against the accused before the concerned Court and the same is pending trial, vide C.C.No.1050 of 2009. It is also further stated in the counter-affidavit that in view of the orders passed in I.A.No.524 of 2009 in I.A.No.297 of 2009 in O.S.No.126 of 2009, dated 03.01.2012, the respondent police are ready and willing to provide protection to the lands of the petitioner as and when he approaches the 1st respondent.

Learned Government Pleader also placed on record the written instructions, dated 15.11.2019, issued by the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate.

From a perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that if the petitioner approaches the respondent police and submits any representation, the respondent police are ready to provide police protection to the petitioner.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition, since the respondent police are ready to give police protection to the subject lands of the petitioner subject to petitioner submitting representation.

In these circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondent police for implementation of the orders passed in I.A.No.524 of 2009 in I.A.No.297 of 2009 in O.S.No.126 of 2009, dated 03.01.2012. Upon which, the respondent police are directed to give police protection to the petitioner as sought for.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
