No representation on behalf of the appellants on 10.07.2018. Today also no representation on behalf of the appellants even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the appellants are not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
