THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.8097 of 2011 ORDER:

Heard Sri D.Linga Rao for petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

The petitioners pray for Mandamus declaring that the recovery (seizure) of Tractor bearing No.AP-07-L-5426 with Trolley from petitioners as illegal and unconstitutional and prays for release of Tractor bearing No.AP-07-L-5426 with Trolley forthwith. On 01-04-2011, this court directed the respondents to release the vehicles subjec t to the petitioners undertaking to produce the vehicles as and when required.

I am of the view that having regard to the main grievance, the writ petition c an be disposed of by making the interim order as final order.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
