HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY AND HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI Family Court Appeal Nos.73 & 75 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice A.Rajasheker Reddy) Both the appellant-B.K.Ramakrishna and respondent - Smt.Mahalakshmi Ruthala, are present and they have been identified by their respective counsels. In proof of their identity, both of them have filed Aadhar cards Nos.6765 5324 4111 and 8371 6344 5330 respectively.
I.A.No.1 of 2020 is filed in both the appeals to record the terms of compromise and consequently to dissolve the marriage dated 08.02.2001 solemnized between the appellant and the respondent at Vizag, Andhra Pradesh and to grant permanent custody of the minors to the respondent.
Though the respondent/wife submits that petitioner/husband stated that the Flat at Bangalore will be sold at Rs.60,00,000/- (Rupees sixty lakhs only), but she could not sell the same at that rate, but however admits that the same is not found in the Memorandum of Understanding cum Full and Final Settlement dated 26.08.2019. However, she states that she has no objection for grant of divorce.
In view of the same, both the appeals are allowed in terms of the compromise recorded in the Memorandum of Understanding cum Full and Final Settlement dated 26.08.2019 There shall be no order as to costs.
