THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI C.R.P.M.P.No.6490 of 2012 and C.R.P.No.1063 of 2012 COMMON ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 by the petitioner/Judgment Debtor no.4, is directed against the orders dated 18.01.2012 of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, at Machilipatnam, passed in E.P.No.96 of 2011 in O.S.No.5084 of 1998 filed by the 1st respondent/decree-holder under Order XXI Rules 22, 43, 66, 64 & 77 requesting to issue notice to the Judgment Debtors 3 and 4 and attach the E.P. Schedule Property and sell the same for realisation of the decree debt.

2. CRPMP No.6490 of 2012 is filed by the petitioner/decree-holder requesting to close the CRP by recording that the decree-holder received the entire amount towards the decree debt from the judgment debtor no.4.

3. At the hearing, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent/decreeholder would submit that the entire amount due towards decree debt is received and that recording the submission that the entire decree debt has been paid and received, the Civil Revision Petition may be closed.

4. Accordingly, CRPMP No.6490 of 2012 is ordered; and, recording the submission of the learned counsel for the 1st respondent/decree-holder that the entire decree debt has been paid and received, the Civil Revision Petition is closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
