HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.8679 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.8160 of 2017 ORDER:
The petitioner/accused No.1 and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of crime No.53 of 2016 of Cyber Crime Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 419, 468 & 471 IPC r/w Sections 66-C & 66-D of IT Act 2000, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.
In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.No.8679 of 2017 and the criminal petition are allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
