HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Criminal Petition No.14865 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction, thereby releasing the petitioner on bail pending investigation/ enquiry and trial in Cr.No.68 of 2014 of Y.V.Palem PS, Chittoor District, registered for the offences under Section 20(1) & (iii) (iv) of A.P. Forest Act and Rules 3 and 4 of A.P. R.S. Wood & Red Sandal Wood Transit Rules, 1969, and Sections 307, 353, 379 IPC read with 34 IPC.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the court to withdraw the criminal petition, with a liberty to file fresh application at an appropriate stage. Permission granted with liberty as prayed.
