THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 40029 of 2015 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents.

2. Petitioner in this writ petition questions the proceedings dt.23.11.2015 of 4th respondent suspending his fair price shop dealership authorization, pending enquiry into certain allegations levelled against him.

3. Although the counsel for the petitioner sought to submit that the allegations levelled against the petitioner are politically motivated, the said issue can as well be considered by the 4th respondent in the enquiry which he proposes to conduct against the petitioner.

4. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to complete the enquiry into the allegations against the petitioner within three (3) months from today, after following the principles of nature justice and providing a personal hearing to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed.
