Counsel on both side report that the parties to this Writ Petition have settled this matter before the Lok Adalat at Venkatagiri on 29.06.2015 and a consent award was passed in L.A. Case No.34/2015 in relation to O.S.No.186 of 2011 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Venkatagiri. Copy of the said award is placed before this Court.

2. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the said award. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
