HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.24778 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing advertisement dated 17.05.2013 seeking to appoint an existing Professor as Registrar of the 1st respondent university.

The petitioner was continuously absent on 11.09.2013, 31.10.2013 and even today also. The learned Counsel for the respondents submits that the said advertisement dated 17.05.2013 was withdrawn by the university. In view of the same, the writ petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
