Heard.

The petitioner applied for grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds. Earlier thereto, there was a litigation relating to grant of pattadar pass books between the vendor of the petitioner and others. The same was subject matter of appeal before the 3rd respondent. The said appeal was disposed of by order, dated 11-09-2013 whereby he cancelled the pattadar pass books and title deeds as granted by the Tahsildar and directed the Tahsildar to conduct denova enquiry by giving opportunity to all the concerned and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that in spite of the said order having been passed on 11-09-2013, so far the denova enquiry has not been conducted by the 4th respondent and the matter still remains pending, thereby the petitioner, who is subsequent purchaser who has also sought pattadar pass books by making application under application under Form 6-A of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 on 31-03-2015 is unable to get any relief. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that the 4th respondent would take necessary steps after issuing notice to the all concerned and shall pass appropriate orders expeditiously.

In view of the fact that the 4th respondent is bound to comply with the order of the 3rd respondent by conducting denova enquiry and pass appropriate orders, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to act accordingly and complete the process by passing appropriate orders expeditiously preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
