Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent/contemnor submits that the order of this Court in W.P.No.34311 of 2016, dated 13.10.2016 has been complied with, which is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

2. In view of the compliance, I hereby discharge the respondent/contemnor from the contempt proceedings.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
