Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to make fresh application to the concerned authority at least 15 days in advance for holding 'Paadayatra'.

Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. If any such application is made, we hope and trust that the concerned authority shall consider the same strictly in accordance with law.
