O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent who is the immediate neighbour of the petitioner constructed a septic tank, because of which the drinking water of petitioner's water pump is getting contaminated. Complaining about the same, the petitioner made representation on 12.03.2012 to the respondents 2 and 3. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed. No counter is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the representation made by the petitioner on 12.03.2012 is pending before the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four

(4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as 4th respondent and thereafter take action in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
