This Criminal Petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, as follows:

The investigation in this matter shall go on. However, considering the fact that the dispute between the de facto complainant and the accused appears to be a family dispute and having regard to the fact that the petitioner/Accused No.1 is a lady, the Police, Maddur Police Station, are directed not to arrest the petitioner/Accused No.1 during the course of investigation. The petitioner/A.1 shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
